  1. How can I pay for the service?
We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. The Chauffeur has a terminal in the vehicle & can run your credit card & give you an immediate receipt or you can put the balance on your contract. We also accept Traveler's Checks or cash.

  2. Can I get a receipt for my trip?
You can get a receipt from the chauffeur at the end of your trip, or we can fax/email you a copy.

  3. Should I tip my Chauffeur?
Due to the skill levels needed to handle a vehicle of this size and nature, a 15% gratuity will be automatically quoted and added to the price. Additional tips are at your discretion; however, if the one of our chauffeurs has done an exceptional job or gone above and beyond the call of duty, please reward them with an additional tip. Please click on Tips for more information about tipping.

  4. My plans have changed, what should I do?
Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Consideration will be given when the change or cancellation is due to severe or adverse weather. Please click on Change, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy for more information.

  5. Can I keep the Limo for a few hours more?
Please check with your Chauffeur. The Chauffeur will know what, if anything, is scheduled after your run. If there is nothing else scheduled you can most defiantly keep the Limo for a few more hours. The Limousine contract will note the cost of each additional hour.

  6. How do I know I can trust your company?
We have been serving the greater Houston area since 1992 and have experienced tremendous growth mostly through word-of-mouth. Great working relationships have been established with many Fortune 500 companies. It is understood by us that you have a choice, and it is our goal to earn your business. We are licensed and registered with the City of Houston and TX-DOT. We carry more than the required amount of commercial insurance for your peace of mind. We are members and ascribe to the standards of The Woodlands Chamber, The Magnolia Parkway Chamber, The Tomball Chamber, The Conroe Chamber, The Better Business Bureau, BNI, The Houston Visitors & Convention Bureau, Limousine Association of Houston, and the National Limousine Association.

  7. Can I smoke?
Our entire fleet is non-smoking. If you smoke we will be happy to pull over in a safe area so you can smoke outside the vehicle as often as you please.

  8. Can I consume an adult beverage in the vehicle?
According to Texas law, you can consume alcohol in the vehicle if you are over 21 years of age & the vehicle has a divider between the passenger & driver compartment. If minors (under 21 years of age) are present, you cannot consume alcohol. It is a BYOB (Bring your own bottle) affair. The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (TABC) will not allow transportation companies to sell alcohol to passengers.
